First check that the CAPS Lock light is not on.
The password and username are case sensitive.
Check for the correct spelling by deleteing the username and password
and retyping it in; REMEMBER that your username DOES NOT
include @oldwiz.net or your full name i.e. John Doe.
Verify that the username being used is a login account; not a second email.
2nd emails DO NOT have login permissions. You may need to check with billing to verify this.
If the username and password are indeed correct and active; re-install the DUN
Make sure you have a copy of WIN95/98 before installing.
